Stay in the entire private main floor of our family heritage home in New Westminster. ROSEWOOD is a one-bedroom suite with a private living room, full kitchen, private bathroom, free street parking and convenient access to transit, shops, restaurants and parks.

This is a character-filled heritage home with features, vintage furnishings and the natural character of the property are part of the experience.

Located on the unceded traditional territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including the Qayqayt Nation.

Your private suite

You'll have exclusive use of the main-floor suite, including:

- Private bedroom with Queen-size Silk & Snow Plush Hybrid mattress
- Twin XL floor mattress available upon request
- Private living room with sofa, two wingback chairs, large bay window and 40-inch Roku TV
- Full private kitchen
- Private bathroom with vintage clawfoot bathtub and handheld shower
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels and toilet paper provided
- Private, lockable suite entrance
- Shared front entrance with the main house

Important: bathroom access

The bathroom has a vintage clawfoot bathtub with a handheld shower.

Guests need to step over the side of the bathtub to enter and exit. There is no separate walk-in shower.

Heritage home & natural

We live on the upper floor with our dog Elfy & 6 cats ( indoor/ outdoor) Household sounds may occasionally be heard, as is typical in an older home with separate living spaces.

The yard is intentionally chaotic and is a natural urban pollinator habitat rather than a formal landscaped garden. Depending on the season, you may see birds, butterflies, berries and other local wildlife.

Check-in

ROSEWOOD has self check-in by key box. Detailed arrival instructions are provided before your stay.

If arriving after dark, please read the check-in instructions before travelling to the property.

Cleaning

The suite is cleaned between stays by Bclean, a local cleaning business.
